Due to the success of our Fit Villages Nordic Walking that we launched in Polstead in September 2015, we are delighted to announce that we shall be continuing in 2016.
The group meets at 10am on Wednesday mornings outside the Pub. If you have never tried it before but want to give it a go, call the instructor, Mary, to find out when the next beginners course is. Once you've done a beginners course you can join the regular group that meets once a week.
